If you missed the Pharma Digital Marketing & Multi Channel Engagement Summit in Philadelphia last week, here is what you missed. It was a two-day event with roughly 100 attendees. The first day held two sessions where participants learned how to develop multi-channel and omni-channel strategies that drive patient engagement from Pfizer’s Bryan Cohen. Day two was jam-packed where participants heard from speakers such as Igor Rudy Chev from Pfizer and Bharti Rai from Bayer US who revealed ways to create an actionable marketing strategy using data, analytics and customer insights. David Goren from AstraZeneca exposed ways to embrace digital health innovation to drive a seamless customer experience across all channels. The summit concluded with Amy West from Novo Nordisk who explained education, engagement, and empowerment to patient marketing. RxAnte, improving medication use for better patient care and financial outcomes sponsored the event. Other exhibitors included Medisafe, a personalized medication management platform, Next IT, delivering transformative AI-powered patient engagement solutions, and C3i Healthcare Connections who specializes in the multi-channel engagement of patients.
