Last week’s 5th Annual Global Pharmaceutical and Medical Meetings Summit, where over 240 people gathered at the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia over the course of three days proved to be another information-filled and innovative conference. Those interested in simplifying, evolving trends and strategies, and tactics for crisis planning for meetings were very satisfied with the extensive information and networking opportunities. Prime meeting-spot companies sponsored the event such as Hyatt and Visit Newport Beach. Other exhibitors included Iacono, a media communication company, Cvent, a cloud-based enterprise event management platform, SmartMeetings magazine, and Meetings + Events, a magazine dedicated to meeting and events professionals.
