February 13, 2019 – ATLANTA – Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical brand marketers, advertising agencies, and companies that want to stand out in the pharmaceutical advertising space can now become recognized as DTC Certified Marketers by attending DTC Perspectives’ events or online with a new educational platform called DTC University. For nearly 20 years, DTC Perspectives has been the top curator of DTC advertising education through conferences and publications serving thousands. DTC University and its DTC Certification are the culmination of these efforts, aimed to provide individualized learning on specialized topics and distinguish anyone working in the DTC space as experienced, educated DTC marketers.

DTC Perspectives consulted with industry veterans and pharmaceutical marketing educators at universities to create DTC University course content covering all DTC marketing campaign topics. To achieve DTC Certified Marketer status, participants must complete the introductory course, DTC 101, which includes a variety of important topics related to DTC Marketing designed to keep marketers apprised of the latest trends, regulations, and technical capabilities in the space.
